Client galleries

Private galleries are for the person they were set up for. Your access code is personal to you, so please don't share it or the images in it with anyone else without my agreement. Choosing photos in a gallery lets me know your preferences. It doesn't transfer any rights in the images and it isn't a licence to use them. Any use of the photographs is covered by what we've agreed separately.

Links and third party services

This site links to other websites and services, including my main portfolio, Print Shop, Apple Books and Gumroad. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or how they work. Anything you buy or download from them is covered by their own terms.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Don't try to break into it, interfere with it or access parts of it you haven't been given access to.

No guarantees

I do my best to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is. I can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from using the site or from relying on its content. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't legally be limited.

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
